BEAUTY REVIEW: NYC Applelicious Lip Balm

Hi Beauties! I have found the perfect Lip Balm! NYC Applelicious Glossy Lip Balm which can be purchased for $2.99 It delivers color, shine and moisture in one single swipe! The unique apple-shaped core is filled with Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E and Avocado Oil which all comes together to give your lips a healthy, luxurious, irresistible look. It comes in ten lovely shades, I have o 356 Big Apple Red shade. It's a very gorgeous red color with just the perfect touch of pink. It's not a dark red which is perfect for me, because I can wear it all day with any outfit/colors.



This is the perfect 2 in 1 alternative for me, I now longer have apply lipstick of my lips to get a little a pop of color, nor do I have to apply a lip balm over my lipstick to give my lips moisture. Now I only have one go to product which makes every other lip balm/lipstick I own irrelevant. I don't have to constantly reapply the NYC lip balm on, two swipes lasts all day!

This is the first NYC (New York Color Cosmetics) product I have used and I certainly impressed! Not only is the product perfect but the price is amazing. Only $2.99 Are you kidding me? I usually pay at least $7 for a lip balm and $ 13 for a good lipstick! I definitely will be sticking with this product and trying more NYC products Look out for more updates soon

Beauty Review: Osis Gelastic Hair Gel

The Osis+ hair styling brand by Schwarzkopf Professional hasn't been out for long. They have 3 hair products out The Osis Dust It (hair dust)$23.50, The Osis Rough Rubber $20.00, and the Osis Gelastic hair Gel $18.00. I was given an awesome opportunity to try out their hair gel for free...
However, I'm a natural curly girl and I didn't like the texture or locked look of my hair after using the hair gel. It didn't work for me because it's used to help achieve stronger & longer lasting curls, my hair already has naturally strong curls, so it was pointless for me to use it but I decided to test it out anyway. The hair gel may not be perfect for my hair but for girls with more finer & straight hair this product is for you. I passed it along to my Auntie and she has managed to achieve amazingly bouncy curls that hold up firmly without applying any hair spray for lock & control.
Here is a quick styling tip: Step 1).Apply the Osis+ Gelastic hair gel to your hair. Step 2) comb hair so that there will be a even distribution of the gel. Step 3) braid your hair into Two French braids. Ex.

Step 4) leave the braids up for 30 minutes - 1 hour. Then unbraid your, and you will reveal nice, tight strong effortless curls.

Daily Beauty Tips

Here is a moisturizer that's great for  irritated or sensitive skin.
1 green tea bag
3 drops essential oil of rosemary
2 drops essential oil of camomile
2 tbsp aloe vera gel Place the tea bag in a mug and pour over boiled water. Leave to steep. Drop the essential oils into the aloe gel and stir well. Once the tea is cool, mix a little into the gel. Massage into cleansed skin. (Omit rosemary oil if you have epilepsy.)

Hey loves! I know it's Summer Time, the perfect season to show off your glowing skin. If your having a hard getting the glow.. I have a few tips for you!
1. Rubbing a piece of papaya on face and neck can give you smooth and glowing skin.
2. Make a paste of mashed banana and milk and apply on face for 20 minutes. Then wash the face with cold water. Your skin will begin to glow.
3. Honey is king for all types of skin and you can apply honey on your face and neck for a few minutes and then wash. You will see that your skin is much smooth and glowing than before.
4. Mixture of honey and egg white is also very useful for making skin glow and smooth.
5. Paste of fresh fenugreek leaves give better results for skin problems as pimples, early appearance of wrinkles, blackheads and dryness of face skin.
6. Mix lemon juice, honey and vegetable oil together and apply on face for 10 minutes and see the results.
You don't have to use all of these tips! Pick a few and show off your glowing skin!
