This years Met Gala event which took place yesterday May 6, has a lot of people talking about the risky wardrobe the celebrities flaunted but surprisingly a even bigger talk was hair color! The theme of the event was Punk Couture, and Ann Hathaway stunned me with her platinum blonde hair color, along with the edgy/sleek cut and gorgeous black mesh gown the look left Hathaway looking sexy and chic! It was definitely a good look for her on her! My pick for the best of hair color at this years Met Gala: Punk Couture event goes to Ann H.! Her look was classic but edgy! On the other hand you know wherever there's a best there's a insane and outrageous worse! Nicole Richie unfortunately went a little to far with her platinum gray/whitish hair color! I understand she wanted to look risky and edgy for the event but, it didn't sit well with her tan + olive skin tone and her red wine colored lips nor the platinum colored dress she wore. The color makes her look older and crazy, its a little more Gothic than punk. I honestly think that she would have looked great with a darker hair color! Thinking outside the box doesn't compliment every look!
