So I haven't been very active on my blog due to graduating, working out alot, and touring different beauty schools. I do apologize for being so inconvenient but I'm happy to announce that within the last week and 1/2 I have managed to lose 4 pounds and a couple inches off my waist! I know its not alot to celebrate but this is just the beginning and that small loss is what motivates me to keep going. I do want to share a couple of things that has aided me throughout my weight-loss challenge:
#1 Eating less! I'm not dieting nor counting calories because I always fail at keeping track of what I eat. So the best thing for me to do is just eat less, decrease my sugar intake, and try to eat healthy!
#2 Exercising about 3 times a week! I try to get a good exercise in whenever there is time. I use a couple of great apps workout videos to aid me into getting great results, not only do I want to lose weight but I'm aiming to keep my girlish/curvy figure. Daily leg workout, Daily arm workout, Virtua Gym, & Nexercise are my go to apps. YouTube videos has also been working for me! I subscribe to befit's channel and they have tons of effective workouts.
#3 Staying Motivated! I don't get much support from my family, but alot of friends and people I communicate with online gives great support and motivation. I feel as though if I gave up on this fight I would be letting them down. So to prove to them that I can succeed I just keep on striving to reach my weight-loss goals.
