1▶ a banana pealing! The inside of the pealing is use to moisturize and dry out acne. I tried this yesterday and it had my face feeling soft but fresh as a banana flavored laffy taffy.

I don't mind exercising but I don't always remember to exercise daily and that kind of offsets my weight loss goals. So I never been the type to stick with a diet but I'm giving it a shot. Instead of trying countless numbers of diets, I'm just simply going to eat less of the healthy food I already eat. I don't eat out I prefer to cook my own meals, I don't eat of junk food, I don't drink sodas, no kool-aid or any other sugary drinks, FRIED MEAT, & BREAD SEEMS TO BE MY ONLY WORST ENEMIES BECAUSE I EAT ALOT OF IT DAILY . I drink water and water only and this helps alot with my weight-loss, because water flushes your body and rids It of alot of bad toxins you consume from the food you eat and beverages you drink. Drinking 8 ounces of water daily is recommended to support you on any diet or through everyday life, water has no calories so you can consume as much of it as you please. But keep in my mind don't over do it because drinking to much of anything can cause trouble for your kidneys. But here is a great workout video I tried a hour ago it's great for getting that belly right and tight. Its very short and effective! I like it and will be concluding it into my daily routine. For a glossy effect, apply lipstick then finish with a clear or nuetral color gloss coat for a moist, seductive shine. Remember, the more coats you apply, the more shine so turn up the volume!

Skincare: Do you have dry skin? If so pour a little baby oil or rubbing oil in your bath-water 3-5 times a week! Ladies this will leave your skin unbelievably soft and silky. Also apply on a little of that oil once you get out of the bathtub just to make sure your skin will be silky and incredibly soft.

Apply a mixture of almond oil and gooseberry juice with finger tips on the scalp.
Skincare:
Many people who are wondering how to get rid of spots with benzoyl peroxide should just trust in a good 2.5% cream or gel. Applying this cream or gel onto your face will prevent acne lesions and prove to be a successful method on how to get rid of spots. It is a good idea to apply benzoyl peroxide once or twice a day and continue doing so even after your skin has cleared up. Benzoyl peroxide may make your skin red and dry in the beginning, but after a few weeks, your skin will look amazing.
Makeup: By curling gently at the base of the lashes, but never beyond the center of the lashes you will achieve brighter wider eyes.

To create loose curls, use a soft shine wax on the ends, if you want it to hold go in and curl with your finger any piece that did not curl so well, use some hairspray and Voila! If you want just a little wave use the soft shine wax from root to end.
Or if you want moving bouncing curls, invest in some hot rollers. Set your hair, it should take 10 minutes to heat and curl. Take the rollers out and before putting any product on it piece out the curls one by one. If you want a tighter curl, spray a little hairspray before wrapping the the hair on the roller. Spray the hairspray on your hair, not the roller itself. The harder the spray, the firmer it holds.

I know the season ended March,20,2013 but I'm still overwhelmingly confused about a few things that happened at the end of the show...But let me first start off by saying I LOVE THIS SHOW! I have been addicted since the very first episode. But before this recent season premiered I said that if anyone else gets murdered on the show I was going to have to find another addicting show cause I just felt like there was to many deaths! First the presumed death of Alison(who might not be dead),Then Ian,Then Mya,Then the dude who lied about being Mya's cousin,and then lastly it was Garrett who died on "The A Train". There hasn't been another confirmed death since the death of Garrett, but people have many theories that the body in the woods might have been Jason since we all now know that Toby isn't dead. Which I think is a reasonable theory since Jason went missing from the hospital and nobody has heard from him verbally but through a text message, and for all I know anybody could have sent that text to Emily. But the new season starts this June and I wait can't to find out if that was his body or just some random decoy of Toby. But why would someone want Jason to die? Maybe he know what's up with Melissa,Shanna,& Jenna or maybe something to do with Cecelia or the detective or maybe Red coat... I will totally be heart broken if it does turn out to be Jason. There has been to many deaths on the show for me to take. So let's just get to the point of this post, so a few questions the most recent finale left me asking is Why does Mona claimed she never got to see who red coat is? Well I think she is totally selling the liars a hot lie. Do you remember the episode when she first exposed her self to Spencer as being apart of the A Team,(You know the night of that mascaraed ball) well at the end of that episode she was sent to Bradley,and was visited by Red Coat. She looked right into Red Coat's face and said "I did everything you asked". So why would she lie to the girls as if she doesn't know the identity of Red Coat. My theory is that she wants to keep the games going,there wouldn't be much a mystery if everything was revealed so suddenly & you know the show must go on. My next theory is that yes Alison is alive but she wasn't the one in the Red Coat that Spencer seen In the woods, I think Yes Alison might have been the one who saved the girls from the house fire, but at the same time Spencer was in the woods trying to see the identity of another person cause they never showed who The Red Coat was in the woods. But also how would Alison be Red Coat? Red Coat was spotted by the girls in multiple public places, so wouldn't other people from Rosewood notice a supposedly dead girl walking the streets of the town? But those are my opinions and theories comment below and share yours with me !!!!
