Unwanted belly fat has got to go!

Belly fat is not cute on any female! But without the right guidance and motivation many females make little to no effort to get rid of the unwanted jelly. Yesterday I kicked off day 1 of my 60 day weightloss plan. Not only is my birthday in 60 days but my graduation day is also coming up and of course college starts this fall and I want to start this new segment of my life off the healthy way. Im a curvy girl with a nice hour-glass shape but i dont mind admitting that yes I have some unwanted belly fat and a little bra- fat that I'm determined to get rid of. I LOVE MY BODY, IM COMFORTABLE IN MY OWN SKIN, I ALWAYS FEEL BEAUTIFUL, but I know I can do better with myself and be alot more healthier. I don't mind exercising but I don't always remember to exercise daily and that kind of offsets my weight loss goals. So I never been the type to stick with a diet but I'm giving it a shot. Instead of trying countless numbers of diets, I'm just simply going to eat less of the healthy food I already eat. I don't eat out I prefer to cook my own meals, I don't eat of junk food, I don't drink sodas, no kool-aid or any other sugary drinks, FRIED MEAT, & BREAD SEEMS TO BE MY ONLY WORST ENEMIES BECAUSE I EAT ALOT OF IT DAILY  . I drink water and water only and this helps alot with my weight-loss, because water flushes your body and rids It of alot of bad toxins you consume from the food you eat and beverages you drink. Drinking 8 ounces of water daily is recommended to support you on any diet or through everyday life, water has no calories so you can consume as much of it as you please. But keep in my mind don't over do it because drinking to much of anything can cause trouble for your kidneys. But here is a great workout video I tried a hour ago it's great for getting that belly right and tight. Its very short and effective! I like it and will be concluding  it into my daily routine.
