Lose your excuses for having that unwanted belly jelly!

I have heard every excuse in the book from people who want to succeed in their weightloss goal but FAIL because of little simple excuses! But the 2 main excuses I here from people are

-Excuse #1 I don't have the time.... blah everyone has the time it only takes 5-10 minutes to make a difference! You don't have to necessarily spends hours working out to reach your goals you just have to sacrifice a little time & effort to get there!

- excuse #2: I can't afford a Gym membership,workout DVDs or workout equipment. Well I have news for you....YOU DON'T NEED ANY OF THAT TO DROP THE POUNDS! TRUST ME! ALL YOU NEED IS YOUTUBE! YouTube has help me slim down 10 pounds since February and I'm aiming to drop 20 more by July! There are countless videos available on YouTube for you customize your workouts.
I willing be sharing with you daily videos found on YouTube that I have tried and has been working for me!
